Theres no way to contact the store youve just purchased from. You have to call customer service and it takes them 3 hrs or more to contact the store you have problems with. And I have to do multiple follow ups just to be prioritize all for a 1 missing item they could just redeliver. Stressful, hassle and an inconvenience! Poor customer service!

I have been waiting for already 1 hour and there is no delivery of my order. The order status just stated that it is "order confirmed" and it already went beyond its time of delivery. When my order got collected, they use foodpanda to delivery the food and the rider is taking their sweet time not delivering my order. I should've used other platforms instead. Such a waste of time and money.
